Wow I know I live in the desert but man! 92 degree's in March! Wow if this is any indication of what is to come I might just move back to Cali!
On the up note we are looking at our first house out here! Man alot of work goes into this so please take my advise and be prepared! the local library is a great source of material for buying a house so check them out.
